These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Vehicron platform and website, provided by Metafrone Pvt. Ltd. (“Metafrone”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using Vehicron, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using Vehicron on behalf of a dealership, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation.
Vehicron grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the platform for your internal business operations, subject to these Terms and your subscription. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with any documentation and configuration provided.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity under your accounts. You must configure user roles and permissions appropriately and notify us promptly of any unauthorised access.
You agree not to misuse the platform. In particular, you will not:
Access to Vehicron may be subject to subscription fees as set out in your order or agreement. Fees are payable in accordance with the agreed terms. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
You retain all rights to the operational data you enter into Vehicron. You grant us the limited right to process that data solely to provide, maintain and support the service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
The Vehicron platform, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Metafrone and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights in the platform to you.
We work to keep the platform available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, updates and changes to the service from time to time.
The Vehicron software platform is a commercial product governed by its own Software License Agreement or SaaS Subscription Agreement entered into between Metafrone Pvt. Ltd. and the subscribing dealership organisation.
Where these Terms address your access to and use of the vehicron.com website, use of the Vehicron software platform is subject to the applicable commercial agreement signed with Metafrone Pvt. Ltd.

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metafrone will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability will not exceed the fees paid by you for the service in the preceding twelve months.
Either party may terminate access in accordance with the applicable subscription agreement. On termination, your right to use the platform ceases. We will make your operational data available for export for a reasonable period, subject to your agreement and applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Gurgaon, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, subject to any mandatory provisions of applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by notice on our website, and continued use of Vehicron after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
